These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Streak Ltd. ("Leadar", "we", "us") for use of Leadar Events. By creating an organizer account, publishing an event, or registering as an attendee, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
Leadar Events provides tools to create event pages, sell or distribute tickets, collect registrations, manage attendees, and optionally connect with Leadar Me for networking features.
2. Organizer responsibilities
Organizers are responsible for event accuracy, refund policies, compliance with local event and consumer laws, photography or recording notices, and lawful collection of attendee data. Paid events may require Stripe Connect onboarding before publishing.
3. Attendee registrations
By registering, you agree to provide accurate information and to the organizer's event terms shown at checkout. Ticket fees, taxes, and refund rules are set by the organizer unless otherwise stated.
4. Payments and fees
Payments are processed by Stripe. Platform fees and payout timing are described in the organizer dashboard. Leadar is not the merchant of record for ticket sales unless explicitly stated for a specific offering.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Leadar Events for unlawful events, fraudulent sales, hate speech, or activities that violate third-party rights. We may remove events or suspend accounts that pose legal or security risk.
6. Disclaimers and liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." LEADAR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORGANIZER CONDUCT, EVENT CANCELLATIONS, OR DISPUTES BETWEEN ORGANIZERS AND ATTENDEES EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
