Streak Ltd. ("Leadar", "we", "us") operates Leadar Events at leadar.events, a platform for creating, publishing, and managing events, selling tickets, and collecting registrations (the "Service").

2. Organizers and attendees
Organizers control event pages, registration forms, and attendee data for their events. When you register for an event, the organizer is also a data controller for how they use your registration information. This policy describes Leadar's processing as platform operator.
3. Information we collect
Organizer accounts: name, email, organization details, payout and Stripe Connect information, authentication logs, and billing records.
Event and registration data: event details, ticket types, form responses, attendee names, contact details, payment status, check-in records, and messages you send through the Service.
Usage data: IP address, device information, pages viewed, and logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
4. How we use information
We process data to host events, process registrations and payments, provide organizer tools, send transactional notifications, prevent fraud, comply with law, and improve the Service. We do not sell personal information.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Attendees should contact the event organizer for registration-specific requests; platform questions go to contact@leadar.events.
