Acceptable Use Policy

1. General prohibitions

You agree not to: (a) violate any law or third-party rights; (b) upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service; (c) scrape, reverse engineer, or circumvent usage limits except as permitted by law; (d) use the Service to harass, defame, or send unsolicited bulk messages; (e) misrepresent your identity or affiliation; (f) use the Service for consumer-facing purposes outside a legitimate B2B sales or customer-support context without our written approval; or (g) resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly allowed.

2. Lead discovery and CRM

Map search, enrichment, and import features are for legitimate B2B prospecting only. You must not use Leadar to harvest personal data for unrelated marketing, build contact databases for resale, or target individuals where you lack a lawful basis to contact them.

You are responsible for honoring opt-out requests and maintaining accurate suppression lists within your organization.

3. WhatsApp, email, and campaigns

Outbound messages must comply with applicable anti-spam, privacy, and telecommunications laws. You must obtain appropriate consent before messaging contacts and honor opt-outs promptly.

Do not send prohibited content, impersonate others, or use Leadar to bypass Meta or carrier rate limits through coordinated multi-account abuse. Campaign volume must stay within your plan quotas and reasonable human-operated outreach patterns.

4. AI-assisted content

AI drafts and auto-replies must be reviewed before sending when content could affect legal, financial, or safety outcomes. Do not use AI features to generate deceptive, discriminatory, or unlawful messages at scale.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, throttle sending, remove content, suspend channels, or terminate accounts. Report abuse to contact@leadar.business.
